Getting your flowers to us quickly and safely is the first step to a beautiful keepsake:
- We offer the Bloom Box™ — a climate-protected shipping kit with overnight FedEx delivery
- You can also purchase our discounted overnight label separately
- The sooner your flowers arrive, the better the preservation results
- Return shipping on finished keepsakes is free on orders of $250 or more in resin preservation items; a $10 flat fee applies to orders below this threshold
- Our overnight label covers packages up to 15″ × 15″ × 14″ and 15 lbs — oversized packages incur additional FedEx fees that are billed back to you
- Our FedEx labels are on our account — only we can file carrier claims; if you ship independently, carrier claims are your responsibility

Why Shipping Matters
Time is everything when it comes to flower preservation. The quicker your flowers reach us and the better their condition upon arrival, the more beautiful your final keepsake will be.
That's why we created shipping solutions specifically designed to protect your precious blooms in transit — because the journey matters as much as the destination.
Shipping Your Flowers to Us
We offer two shipping products to help get your flowers to our studio safely:
Package Size & Weight Limits
Our discounted overnight shipping label — whether purchased standalone or included with a Bloom Box™ — is rated for one-way FedEx delivery of packages up to 15″ × 15″ × 14″ and 15 lbs. These dimensions are based on the size of our Bloom Box™ and reflect the negotiated rate we have with FedEx.
If a package shipped on our label exceeds these dimensions or weight, FedEx will assess additional charges, which may include:
- Dimensional weight surcharges
- Oversize package fees
- Additional handling fees
Oversize & Overweight Charges
Any additional fees billed to Everlasting Bloom Co. by FedEx for oversized or overweight packages will be passed through to you at cost and must be paid in full before we begin preserving your flowers.
To avoid these charges, we recommend:
- Using our Bloom Box™, which is sized to ship within the label's limits
- If using your own packaging, choosing a box no larger than 15″ × 15″ × 14″ and keeping total weight under 15 lbs
- If you're shipping a large arrangement (such as a table centerpiece or sympathy spray), removing the flowers from the foam base and rebundling them into a bouquet-sized package — see our Fresh Flower Shipping Guide for step-by-step instructions
Important: FedEx Label Expiration
Do not open or print your FedEx label until you are within 2 weeks of your event date. Once a label is opened or printed, FedEx activates a 14-day expiration window. If your label expires or you accidentally open it early, contact us right away and we'll send you a replacement. We are not responsible for third-party shipping costs incurred due to an expired label.
FedEx Labels & Carrier Claims
All shipping labels provided by Everlasting Bloom Co. — whether purchased as a standalone label or included with a Bloom Box™ — are generated under our FedEx account. This means only Everlasting Bloom Co. can file a carrier claim on these shipments. If you believe a claim is warranted, please contact us at info@everlastingbloomco.com and we will make reasonable efforts to file on your behalf. However, we cannot guarantee claim approval, and all outcomes are determined solely by FedEx. We are not liable for denied claims, including those denied due to packaging-related reasons.
Using Your Own Shipping
You're welcome to arrange your own shipping through any carrier. If you choose this option, we strongly recommend overnight or expedited shipping to ensure your flowers arrive in the best possible condition. Please note that we do not refund third-party shipping costs, and you are solely responsible for filing any carrier claims directly with your chosen carrier. Everlasting Bloom Co. has no obligation to assist with or be held liable for the outcome of claims on client-arranged shipments.
Receiving Your Finished Keepsake
Once your preservation is complete, we'll ship your finished keepsake to you via FedEx Ground.
Return shipping is included free of charge on orders of $250 or more in resin preservation items. Orders that fall below this threshold are charged a flat $10 return shipping fee, which is added automatically at checkout. Please note that the $250 threshold is based on the value of resin preservation items only and does not include the cost of Bloom Box™ shipping kits, standalone overnight shipping labels, or any other non-preservation products. Shipping fees, once charged, are non-refundable.
You'll receive tracking information via email so you can follow your keepsake's journey home. Our standard turnaround time is approximately 10–12 weeks from when we receive your flowers. This may extend further during peak wedding seasons (typically spring and fall). You can always track your order's progress on our website.
Address Information
Double-Check Your Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. We are not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address. If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect address details, you will be charged return fees and new shipping costs.
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@everlastingbloomco.com.
What If My Flowers Arrive Damaged?
Despite best efforts, shipping damage can sometimes occur. We cannot control how carriers handle packages in transit, but we've designed our Bloom Box™ to minimize these risks.
If your flowers arrive damaged or wilted to the point where preservation isn't possible, we'll contact you to discuss your options:
- Supplement with stock flowers — We can add complementary flowers to complete your piece
- Resend your bouquet — You can recreate and ship new flowers
- Refund — Receive a refund for preservation pieces (shipping costs are non-refundable)

Shipping Self-Dried Flowers
Handle With Extra Care
If you use drying sand or dry your flowers yourself before shipping, they become significantly more brittle. Please package them with extra care. We cannot guarantee the condition or outcome of self-dried flowers upon arrival, as we have no control over handling during transit.
The final result may vary based on how flowers are dried and shipped. For the best results, we recommend sending fresh flowers using our Bloom Box™ so our team can handle the drying process in our controlled studio environment.
Shipping Costs & Refunds
All shipping products and costs are non-refundable once shipped or used:
- Bloom Box™: Non-refundable once shipped to you
- Overnight Shipping Label: Non-refundable once used. Do not open or print your label until you are within 2 weeks of your event date — once opened or printed, FedEx activates a 14-day expiration window. If you open it early, contact us and we'll send a replacement.
- Return Shipping Fee: The $10 return shipping fee charged on orders under $250 in resin preservation items is non-refundable once charged
- Oversize & Overweight Fees: Any additional FedEx charges for packages exceeding 15″ × 15″ × 14″ or 15 lbs are billed back to the customer at cost and must be paid before preservation begins
- Third-Party Shipping: We do not refund shipping costs you arrange independently, and carrier claims on those shipments are your sole responsibility
For labels generated under our FedEx account, only Everlasting Bloom Co. can file a carrier claim. We will make reasonable efforts to do so upon request, but cannot guarantee approval and are not liable for denied claims. For complete refund details, see our Refund Policy and Terms & Conditions.
