While we provide all the tools and instructions to help you safely pack your flowers, we cannot be held responsible for any damage during shipping. If your flowers arrive in poor condition, we’ll keep you informed and do our best to work with what we receive.
Bloom Boxes must be ordered before your wedding or event to allow enough time for round-trip shipping. If a box is purchased after your event and we’ve already shipped it, we’re unable to accept returns or refund the Bloom Box itself, as the materials are non-refundable once packed and shipped. However, we’re happy to refund the unused return label in that case.
We offer a discounted return label to help you save, but if you choose not to use our label, you will be responsible for all shipping charges. Projects may be placed on hold if additional postage or packaging issues arise.
