  • Our overnight label is rated for packages up to 15″ × 15″ × 14″ and 15 lbs — oversize/overweight FedEx fees are billed back to the client at cost
  • Return shipping on finished keepsakes is free on orders of $250 or more in resin preservation items; orders below this threshold are charged a $10 flat return shipping fee
  • Gift cards (including third-party registry purchases) are non-refundable; registry refunds must be handled with the original platform
  • Standard turnaround is 10–12 weeks from when flowers arrive at studio; this is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date

1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Everlasting Bloom Co.! By purchasing our products or services, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Shipping Your Flowers to Us

Getting your flowers to us quickly and safely is essential for the best preservation results. Here's what you need to know:

Address Accuracy

Everlasting Bloom Co. is not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect mailing address. If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect address details you provided, you will be charged both return fees and new shipping charges.

Shipping Damage

We cannot be held responsible for damage that occurs during shipping. Although we take every precaution, unforeseen damage can happen. If issues arise with your flowers upon arrival, we'll keep you informed and do our best to work with the condition of your blooms.

Protect Your Flowers with Bloom Box™

To minimize shipping risks, we strongly recommend our Bloom Box™ shipping kit. It's specifically designed to protect your flowers in transit with climate-controlled packaging and includes a discounted overnight FedEx label. Learn more about shipping options →

Shipping Labels

We offer our discounted overnight shipping label as a standalone product and it's also included with the purchase of a Bloom Box™. Once used, shipping labels are non-refundable. FedEx labels are also subject to a 14-day expiration window once opened or printed — if your label expires, contact us and we will issue a replacement. We are not responsible for third-party shipping costs incurred due to an expired label. We also do not refund any third-party shipping costs sourced by the client.

All shipping labels provided by Everlasting Bloom Co. are generated under our FedEx account, which means only Everlasting Bloom Co. can file a carrier claim — clients do not have standing to file directly with FedEx on these shipments. If you believe a carrier claim is warranted, please contact us at info@everlastingbloomco.com and we will make reasonable efforts to file a claim on your behalf. However, we cannot guarantee claim approval, and all claim outcomes are determined solely by FedEx. Everlasting Bloom Co. is not liable for denied claims, including those denied due to packaging-related reasons.

If you arrange shipping independently using your own carrier account or third-party label, you are solely responsible for filing any carrier claims directly with that carrier. Everlasting Bloom Co. has no obligation to assist with or be held liable for the outcome of claims on client-arranged shipments.

Package Size & Weight Limits

Our discounted overnight FedEx shipping label — whether purchased as a standalone product or included with a Bloom Box™ — is rated for packages up to 15″ × 15″ × 14″ and 15 lbs. By using our label, you agree that any package exceeding these dimensions or weight may result in additional charges from FedEx, including but not limited to dimensional weight surcharges, oversize fees, and additional handling fees.

Any such charges incurred by Everlasting Bloom Co. on a client's behalf will be passed through to the client at cost. Payment of these charges is required in full before Everlasting Bloom Co. will begin preservation work on the associated order. Orders awaiting payment of additional shipping charges may be placed on hold and will not progress through our preservation workflow until charges are remitted. We strongly recommend the use of our Bloom Box™ shipping kit, which is purpose-built to ship within label limits. Clients using their own packaging are solely responsible for ensuring the package conforms to the label's size and weight restrictions.

Self-Dried Flowers

If you use drying sand or dry your flowers yourself, they become more brittle and must be carefully packaged. We cannot control how your flowers are handled during transit and cannot guarantee the condition or outcome of your flowers upon arrival. The final result may vary based on how the flowers are dried and shipped.

Return Shipping of Finished Keepsakes

Return shipping of your completed preservation pieces is included free of charge on orders totaling $250 or more in resin preservation items. Orders below this threshold are charged a flat $10 return shipping fee, applied automatically at checkout. This fee covers FedEx Ground delivery of your finished keepsake(s) to the shipping address on file.

Please note that the $250 threshold is based on the value of resin preservation items only and does not include the cost of Bloom Box™ shipping kits, standalone overnight shipping labels, or any other non-preservation products. Shipping fees, once charged, are non-refundable.

3. The Preservation Process

Artistic Decisions

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed Everlasting Bloom Co.'s work and have a reasonable expectation that we will perform services in a similar manner and style. If you are dissatisfied with our artistic decisions, this is not considered a valid reason for return of payments or products.

Size Limitations

Our molds have size limitations regarding the flowers that can be used. For example, coasters and ring holders can only fit small or flat flowers due to the shape and depth of the pieces. Our 2-inch deep molds, such as our Tray and Heart molds, are not deep enough to fit larger flowers like roses and peonies.

  • We are not required to return payments if the flowers you provide are too large for the selected pieces. However, you may choose alternative pieces for your flowers.
  • We are not obligated to return payments if you do not provide enough flowers to complete the number of pieces ordered.

Turnaround Time

Our standard turnaround time is 10–12 weeks from the date your flowers arrive at our studio. Turnaround does not begin from the date your order is placed — the clock starts once your flowers are physically in our studio and have been logged in.

Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees. During peak wedding seasons (typically spring and fall), turnaround may extend beyond 12 weeks due to higher order volumes. We will keep you informed via email at key milestones throughout the preservation process, and you can track your order's progress at any time through our order tracking page.

Everlasting Bloom Co. cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date, including anniversaries, holidays, or gift-giving occasions. We do not currently offer expedited or rush preservation services. Delays beyond our standard turnaround window are not grounds for a refund or order cancellation, provided we are actively progressing your order through our preservation workflow.

Leftover Flowers

We do not ship back leftover flowers. Only finished preservation pieces will be returned to you.

4. Natural Variations & What to Expect

Flower preservation is both an art and a science. Natural variations are part of what makes each piece unique.

Changes During Preservation

Flowers may undergo changes during the drying, pressing, and preservation process, including:

  • Color shifts (some colors deepen, others soften)
  • White and cream flowers warming to ivory, beige, or soft yellow tones
  • Bruises or translucent spots
  • Minor shifting within the resin
  • Small bubbles in the resin
  • Tropical flowers tend to brown during the drying phase
  • Purple flowers can turn more mauve to brown when moisture is removed during drying

Delicate Flowers

Certain flower varieties — including but not limited to poppies, sweet peas, anemones, and lily of the valley — are inherently fragile and may not survive transit or the drying process, even when shipped overnight in optimal conditions. If your bouquet contains these or other delicate flowers, you acknowledge that some may not be usable in your finished piece. Our designers will work with the flowers that preserved most successfully. Delicate flowers that did not survive transit or drying are not grounds for a refund.

Floral Sprays & Coatings

Florists frequently apply sprays, sealants, glitter, or preservative coatings to fresh flowers. These products can interact with resin during curing, resulting in cloudiness, milky swirls, or discoloration in the finished piece. We have no way of identifying or controlling for these coatings prior to preservation. Cloudiness or swirling caused by florist-applied sprays is a natural chemical reaction and is not considered a defect or grounds for a refund.

Design Composition

The final layout, spacing, and arrangement of your finished piece is at our designer's discretion based on the condition of your preserved flowers and the dimensions of the selected mold. Unless specific layout requests are submitted in the order notes at checkout, dissatisfaction with the final composition — including flower placement, spacing, or which flowers were prominently featured — is not grounds for a refund. Clients with specific design preferences are encouraged to leave detailed notes at checkout.

Bubbles in Resin

While we strive for crystal-clear results using our PetalSafe™ resin and will do everything possible to minimize bubbles, we are not responsible for any bubbles that remain in the finished product. Some bubbling is a natural characteristic of resin preservation.

Certain mold shapes — particularly our Ring Holder mold — are more prone to small surface bubbles due to their geometry, and these are an unavoidable characteristic of the casting process. Surface bubbles on Ring Holders are not considered a defect or grounds for a refund.

Pre-Dried Flowers

If you send flowers that were dried in advance, we are not responsible for any mold, rot, hairs, or visible damage that may appear during the preservation process.

Damaged or Wilted Flowers

We reserve the right to refuse to preserve any flowers that arrive damaged or wilted where we believe preservation would not be successful. In such cases, we are not responsible for returning damaged flowers, and we will contact you to discuss your options:

  • Supplement with stock flowers: We can add complementary flowers from our stock to complete your piece
  • Recreate and resend: You can recreate your bouquet and send us new flowers
  • Refund: Receive a refund for the preservation piece(s) purchased (all shipping costs are non-refundable)

Resin Yellowing Over Time

Over time, all resin can naturally yellow or amber, even under the best storage conditions. Our PetalSafe™ resin is specially formulated to be ultra UV-resistant, minimizing this effect — and in our testing, it outperforms every other top preservation company we've compared against. However, we assume no liability for this natural process. To extend the life of your keepsake, keep it away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Preservation Pieces

If your flowers are damaged and cannot be preserved, you have options (see Section 4: Damaged or Wilted Flowers). If you choose not to supplement with stock flowers or resend your bouquet, you may receive a refund for the preservation piece(s) purchased.

Finished Piece Appearance (Non-Refundable)

Refunds are not available for dissatisfaction with the appearance of a successfully completed preservation piece, including but not limited to:

  • Color shifts during drying (white flowers warming, purples shifting, tropical flowers browning, etc.)
  • Cloudiness or swirling caused by florist-applied sprays or coatings
  • Bruising, translucent spots, or minor imperfections in petals
  • Bubbles, flower movement, or natural variations within the resin
  • Delicate flowers that did not survive transit or drying and could not be included
  • Final design composition or arrangement, when specific layout requests were not submitted at checkout

Clients are strongly encouraged to review our What to Expect page before placing an order so the preservation process and its natural outcomes are fully understood.

Shipping Products (Non-Refundable)

Our shipping products are final sale:

  • Bloom Box™: Non-refundable once shipped to you
  • Overnight Shipping Label: Non-refundable once used

All shipping costs are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of your preservation.

6. Gift Cards

Everlasting Bloom Co. gift cards may be purchased directly through our website or through third-party registry and gifting platforms (including but not limited to The Knot, Zola, Joy, and MyRegistry).

Non-Refundable

All gift cards are final sale and non-refundable once purchased and issued. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by applicable law.

Third-Party Registry Purchases

For gift cards or registry contributions purchased through third-party platforms (The Knot, Zola, Joy, MyRegistry, etc.), all refund requests must be handled directly with the original purchasing platform. Once funds have been transferred to Everlasting Bloom Co. and a corresponding discount code has been issued to the recipient, Everlasting Bloom Co. cannot process a refund directly. Customers seeking a refund on a third-party registry purchase should contact the platform's customer service team to initiate the refund process.

Redemption

Gift cards and registry-issued discount codes can be applied toward any product or service offered on our website. They cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards. If your order total exceeds the gift card or discount code value, the remaining balance must be paid using a valid payment method at checkout.

Lost or Unused Codes

Everlasting Bloom Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unused gift card or discount codes. If you have not received your discount code within one business day of a registry purchase, please contact us at info@everlastingbloomco.com and we will resend the code to the email address on file.

Expiration

Gift cards do not expire and have no associated fees, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Photography & Marketing

By placing an order, you understand and agree that Everlasting Bloom Co. reserves the right to photograph all products made through our services. These images may be used on our website, social media platforms, advertisements, and other marketing materials without limitation.

8. Liability & Claims

Limitation of Liability

Everlasting Bloom Co. is not responsible or liable for any injuries sustained in relation to any product purchased or created. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service in question.

Filing a Claim

Any claims for damage must be made in writing to Everlasting Bloom Co. within thirty (30) days of receiving your product. Please email info@everlastingbloomco.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damage
  • Description of the issue

Failure to submit a claim within this timeframe will be deemed a waiver of the claim.

9. Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern or dispute regarding our services, we encourage you to contact us first at info@everlastingbloomco.com. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.

If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, you agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in St. Louis County, Missouri, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Your Agreement

By placing an order with Everlasting Bloom Co., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. Thank you for choosing us to preserve your precious memories!
