Common Questions
When should I order my Bloom Box?
Order at least 7–10 days before your event to ensure it arrives in time. We ship within 1 business day, and delivery takes 3–5 business days via FedEx Ground.
How soon after my event should I ship my flowers?
As soon as possible — ideally within 24–48 hours. The fresher your flowers are when they reach us, the better your results will be. This is why we include overnight shipping.
What if my event is less than 7 days away?
We offer a standalone Overnight Shipping Label for last-minute orders. You'll provide your own packaging — just be sure to follow our Fresh Flower Shipping Guide carefully.
Can I ship my own way without the Bloom Box?
Yes, but we strongly recommend against it. Improper packaging is the #1 cause of disappointing preservation results. If you do choose to ship your own way, please follow our shipping guide exactly. We cannot guarantee outcomes when flowers arrive damaged.
