Estimated Turnaround Time

The Preservation Journey
Here's a detailed look at each stage of the process and what's happening with your flowers:
Awaiting Your Blooms
We've received your order and are eagerly anticipating the arrival of your bouquet! If you haven't already, please ship your flowers using your Bloom Box or your own packaging with our overnight label.
What You Should Do
- Ship your flowers as soon as possible after your event
- Use your Bloom Box or follow our Fresh Flower Shipping Guide
- Send via overnight shipping for best results
- Don't ship on Thursday or Friday (we're closed weekends)
Flowers Received & Drying
Your bouquet has safely arrived at our studio! We carefully unpack and inspect each bloom, then gently place them in our specialized silica drying sand. This process preserves the color, shape, and structure of your flowers.
What's Happening
- Your flowers are being gently dried in a controlled environment
- Flowers are first checked after 3 weeks in the sand
- The drying process is essential for creating a beautiful, lasting keepsake
- Already-dried flowers skip this step and go directly to the casting queue
Ready for Casting
Your flowers have dried beautifully! We've carefully removed them from the drying sand, trimmed, sealed, and prepped each bloom for casting. They're now in our casting queue, waiting to be transformed into your keepsake.
What's Happening
- Flowers are trimmed and prepared for optimal placement
- Each bloom is sealed to enhance preservation
- Your order joins our casting queue
- Orders are cast in the sequence they were received
In Casting
The magic is happening! One of our skilled designers is now hand-casting your flowers in our proprietary PetalSafe™ resin. This is done layer by layer, with each petal carefully placed for the most beautiful presentation.
What's Happening
- A designer hand-selects and arranges your best blooms
- Resin is poured in layers for crystal-clear results
- Each piece requires multiple pours and curing time between layers
- This stage requires patience and precision — we never rush it
Preparing for Shipment
Your piece has fully cured and is receiving its finishing touches! We're polishing the surface to a smooth, glass-like finish, inspecting every detail for quality, and carefully packaging it for safe delivery.
What's Happening
- Each piece is hand routed to remove sharp edges
- Surface is polished for a flawless finish
- Quality inspection ensures every detail is perfect
- Your keepsake is securely packaged for shipping
Shipped!
Your keepsake is on its way home! We ship via FedEx Ground (included in your order), and you'll receive tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

- Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on location
- Your keepsake is securely packed for safe delivery
- We can't wait for you to see the final result!
