Our St. Louis studio was designed from the ground up for one purpose: preserving your most meaningful flowers with the care and precision they deserve. Every station, every tool, and every process has been thoughtfully developed to ensure your bouquet's journey from fresh flowers to finished keepsake is handled with expertise at every step.
The Intake
Your bouquet's journey begins here. When your flowers arrive at our studio, they're carefully unpacked, documented, and assessed by our team.
We photograph each arrangement, note any special instructions, and prepare your blooms for their transformation — treating every order with the same attention we'd give our own wedding flowers.
The Drying Room
Fresh flowers contain moisture that must be carefully removed before preservation. Our climate-controlled drying room maintains optimal temperature and humidity to gently dry your blooms while preserving their shape and color.
This critical first step sets the foundation for everything that follows — rush it, and you compromise the final result.
The Casting Queue
Once fully dried, your flowers move to our casting queue where they await their turn to be arranged and encased in resin. Each order is organized, labeled, and stored safely until a workstation opens.
This organized system ensures no bouquet is forgotten and every order progresses through our studio in the proper sequence.
The PetalSafe™ Lab
This is where the science happens. Our dedicated lab is equipped with professional-grade mixers and industrial exhaust systems to ensure our proprietary PetalSafe™ resin is mixed to exact specifications every single time.
Backed by our sister company's 65+ years in the coatings industry, our resin formula is developed specifically for flower preservation — delivering crystal clarity that lasts for decades.
The Main Floor
The heart of our operation. Our expansive main floor features dedicated workstations where our artisans carefully arrange your dried flowers and cast them in our proprietary PetalSafe™ resin.
With capacity to work on over 100 orders simultaneously, we've built the infrastructure to deliver your keepsake in weeks — not the 6-9 months typical of other preservation services.
The Finishing Room
The final stop before your keepsake heads home. In our finishing room, each piece is hand-routed to remove excess resin, polished to a flawless shine, and carefully inspected for quality.
Once approved, your keepsake is wrapped in protective packaging and prepared for its journey to you — a forever reminder of your most meaningful day.
