How to Ship Fresh Flowers

Follow this video to learn how to pack and overnight your bouquet so it arrives in perfect condition. Use your Bloom Box or similar sturdy packaging and make sure your flowers stay hydrated and cool.

  • Ship within 1–3 days of your event
  • Use overnight shipping whenever possible
  • Include the completed Client Shipping Form
Important: Be sure to include the last page of the Fresh Flower Shipping Guide — the Client Shipping Form — inside your box. This form identifies your order when it arrives at our studio.

How to Ship Dried or Pressed Flowers

Follow our printable guide to safely package dried, pressed, or preserved blooms to prevent petal damage. These steps apply to both resin keepsakes and our framed pressed pieces.

  • Ideal for air-dried, silica-dried, or pressed florals
  • Use tissue dividers and secure lightly with tape
  • No rush — standard shipping is fine for dried flowers
