Caring for Your Flowers Before You Arrive

The sooner we receive your flowers, the more of their color and shape we can preserve. Until then:

• Keep them in water

  Trim the stems and place the bouquet in a vase of fresh, cool water, just as you would at home.

• Keep them cool and out of the sun

  A cool room away from windows and heat vents is ideal. A refrigerator works too, as long as there's no fruit or produce inside.

• Leave them as they are

  Don't remove wrapping, ribbon, or pins, and don't try to dry or press anything yourself. We'll handle everything in the studio.

• Bring the whole bouquet

  We'll select the best blooms during design, so more to choose from is always better.

When to Drop Off

Plan to bring your flowers within 2–3 days of your event, and no more than 4. Flowers held longer than that can start to wilt, brown at the edges, or drop petals, which limits what we can preserve. If your event is on a weekend, a Monday morning drop-off is perfect.

What to Expect When You Arrive

1. Check in

   Once you pull off of Goodfellow Blvd. onto Lincoln Way, there is a parking lot on your immediate right. Pull up to the gate that has our company sign on it, and give us a call to open it. (314-241-1647)

2. We'll collect your flowers

   Come on in the front door, and someone at the front desk will be waiting to do intake on your order. We'll pull up your order, take pictures, and take a look at your flowers together.

3. Tell us what matters

   Let us know about anything specific, such as a bloom that's especially meaningful or a ribbon you'd like included.

4. You're done

   Your flowers go straight into our drying process, and you'll receive the same updates as every other order.
