At Everlasting Bloom Co., we understand how meaningful your flowers are. We're committed to working with you if something doesn't go as planned. Our goal is to create a beautiful keepsake that captures your memories — and we'll do everything we can to make that happen.
If Your Flowers Arrive Damaged
Sometimes, despite best efforts, flowers may arrive damaged or wilted to the point where preservation isn't possible. If this happens, we'll reach out to discuss your options:
Option 1: Stock Flowers
We can supplement your arrangement with complementary flowers from our stock to complete your piece.
Option 2: Resend
You can recreate your bouquet and send us new flowers for preservation.
Option 3: Refund
Receive a refund for the preservation piece(s) purchased. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We'll contact you directly to discuss which option works best for your situation. Our team is here to help you find the best path forward.
Shipping Products
Non-Refundable Items
- Bloom Box™: Non-refundable once shipped to you
- Overnight Shipping Label: Non-refundable once used
- Third-Party Shipping: We do not refund any shipping costs you source independently
Our overnight shipping label is available as a standalone product or included with the purchase of a Bloom Box™. These products help ensure your flowers arrive quickly and safely, which is why we recommend them — but once they've been shipped or used, they cannot be refunded.
Important Notes
Shipping Costs Are Non-Refundable
Regardless of the outcome of your preservation, all shipping costs (including Bloom Box™, overnight labels, and any third-party shipping you arrange) are non-refundable.
Natural Variations
Please note that natural changes during the preservation process — such as color shifts, minor bubbles, or flower movement within the resin — are not grounds for a refund. These variations are part of what makes each piece unique. For full details, please see our Terms & Conditions.
Damaged Finished Products
If your finished keepsake arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days with photos of the damage. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.
