Before Your Big Day

If your wedding is coming up, we recommend ordering a Bloom Box at least two weeks in advance so it arrives in plenty of time. Our Bloom Box is our shipping method intended to make the process as stress-free as possible. It includes everything you need to safely send us your bouquet after the big day — plus a discounted overnight shipping label for extra peace of mind.

Most brides choose to purchase their Bloom Box and resin keepsake at the same time. Purchasing your keepsake is what officially reserves your spot in our casting queue — the Bloom Box alone does not hold your place.

Want to use your own packaging and shipping method instead? Totally fine — just be sure to follow our shipping instructions closely to help your flowers arrive safe and fresh.

No matter how you plan to ship, we strongly recommend checking out our Fresh Flower Shipping Instructions. You’ll find a quick video, detailed steps, and — most importantly — the client shipping form on the last page of the written instructions. Your Wedding Just Happened

We know things move fast right after your big day — and there’s no time to waste when it comes to your bouquet. While it’s too late to order a Bloom Box, don’t worry — we can still preserve your flowers beautifully.

You’re welcome to use your own packaging and overnight your bouquet directly to our studio at: 1 Lincoln Way, Saint Louis, MO 63120. If you’d like to purchase a discounted overnight shipping label from us, you can buy it here and we’ll email you your label within 24 hours. Alternatively, feel free to call us at 314-241-1647 or email info@everlastingbloomco.com.

Be sure to select and purchase your resin keepsake at the same time you ship your bouquet. That’s what officially reserves your spot in our casting queue. When checking out, just choose “I’ll use my own packaging” when asked how you will ship your flowers.

You Have Dried Flowers

Already have dried flowers? We can absolutely work with that too! Whether they’ve been air-dried, silica-dried, or pressed, we’re happy to help transform them into a beautiful resin keepsake you can treasure forever.

Keep in mind that dried flowers can sometimes be more fragile, and the final look will depend on their current condition. The best way to get started is to send us a few photos of your bouquet to info@everlastingbloomco.com, and we’ll take a look and guide you through next steps.
