From the moment your flowers arrive at our St. Louis studio, they're in the hands of trained professionals. Here's exactly what happens — and how we'll keep you updated every step of the way.

When you place your order, you're reserving your place in our production queue. We recommend ordering as soon as possible — ideally before your wedding — so you're ready to ship immediately after your event.
If you order a Bloom Box™, it will ship right away so it arrives before your wedding day.
Send your bouquet to our studio using our Bloom Box™, overnight label, or your own materials. The sooner your flowers arrive, the better the preservation.
Time is critical after your event. We recommend getting your flowers to us within 3-4 days for optimal preservation — sooner is even better.
Our Bloom Box™ provides the best protection with cushioning, temperature control, and a prepaid overnight label. If your wedding has already passed, our overnight shipping label gets your flowers to us fast.
When your bouquet arrives, we photograph it, assess its condition, and begin preparing it for preservation. You'll receive an email confirmation.
Every bouquet is photographed at intake and stored on file. This documents the condition of your flowers when they arrive and gives us a reference throughout the design process.
Our team carefully inspects each bloom, removes any damaged petals, and prepares your flowers for the drying phase.
Your flowers are carefully placed in silica sand to dry for approximately 21 days. This preserves their shape and prepares them for casting.
Silica sand gently absorbs moisture while maintaining the natural shape of each petal. This process can't be rushed — proper drying is essential for a successful preservation.
During this phase, some color change is natural. Flowers may darken or shift in hue as they dry. This is part of the preservation process and results in a beautiful, organic aesthetic.
Our designers arrange your dried flowers in your chosen keepsake style, then carefully cast them in our proprietary PetalSafe™ resin.
This is where artistry meets science. Our designers thoughtfully arrange your blooms, considering color placement, depth, and visual balance.
We cast in thin layers, allowing each to partially cure before adding the next. This technique minimizes bubbles and ensures your flowers are perfectly suspended.
Our PetalSafe™ resin is formulated specifically for botanical preservation — it cures at low temperatures (so it won't burn petals), releases air bubbles naturally, and resists yellowing for decades.
The resin cures slowly to ensure clarity and durability. Once cured, we sand, polish, and inspect every surface for a flawless finish.
Proper curing takes time — rushing this process can result in cloudiness, soft spots, or trapped bubbles. We let each piece cure fully before moving to finishing.
Our finishing process includes multiple rounds of sanding with progressively finer grits, followed by polishing to achieve that crystal-clear, glass-like finish.
Every piece goes through a final quality inspection before being carefully packaged and shipped to your door.
We inspect every angle, every edge, every surface. If a piece doesn't meet our standards, we'll make it right — even if that means extending your timeline.
Your keepsake is wrapped in protective materials and packaged securely for its journey to you. You'll receive a shipping notification with tracking information so you know exactly when to expect it.

Our average turnaround is approximately 10 weeks from the time we receive your flowers. Here's the general breakdown:
A note on busy seasons: During peak wedding season (spring and fall), our turnaround may extend beyond 10 weeks. We'll always keep you updated on your order's progress.
We take our time to make sure each piece meets our standards. If achieving the quality you deserve takes a little longer, that's what we'll do. Your keepsake is meant to last generations — we won't rush it.
