Free Preservation Giveaway — Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The Free Preservation Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Everlasting Bloom Co., 1 Lincoln Way, Saint Louis, Missouri 63120 ("Sponsor"). Questions about the Giveaway may be sent to info@everlastingbloomco.com.

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, each entrant releases Instagram and Meta Platforms, Inc. from any and all liability related to the Giveaway.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry and who have an upcoming wedding or event on or after the date of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliated companies, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on October 7, 2026 and runs monthly until ended by Sponsor. Each calendar month is a separate entry period (an "Entry Period"), beginning at 12:00 a.m. Central Time on the first day of the month and ending at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on the last day of the month, except that the first Entry Period begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time on October 7, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on October 31, 2026. Sponsor may end the Giveaway at any time by posting notice on its Instagram account and this page; any Entry Period already in progress when notice is posted will be completed and its winner drawn.

4. How to Enter

To enter during an Entry Period, you must complete all of the following:

  1. Follow @everlastingbloomco on Instagram;
  2. Comment your wedding or event date on Sponsor's current giveaway post and tag at least one friend in that comment; and
  3. Complete and submit the entry form at everlastingbloomco.com/pages/giveaway with your first name, last name, email address, wedding or event date, and Instagram handle.

An entry is not complete until the entry form is submitted. Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address, and per Instagram account for the duration of the Giveaway. Additional comments or form submissions will not create additional entries or increase your chances of winning.

Ongoing eligibility: A completed entry is eligible for the drawing for the Entry Period in which it is received and for each monthly drawing after that, until the earliest of: (a) the entrant's wedding or event date, as submitted on the entry form, has passed as of the drawing date; (b) the entrant wins a prize in this Giveaway; or (c) the Giveaway ends. To remain eligible, the entrant must continue to follow @everlastingbloomco on Instagram and remain subscribed to Sponsor's emails at the time of each drawing. Each entrant may win only one (1) prize during the Giveaway.

Entries that are incomplete, illegible, late, or submitted through automated means, or that use false information or multiple accounts to obtain additional entries, are void. Sponsor's records are the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

On or about the first day of each month, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential winner from all entries that are eligible for that drawing under Section 4, including entries received in the Entry Period just ended and eligible entries carried over from earlier Entry Periods. Sponsor will verify that the potential winner completed every entry step and meets all eligibility requirements.

The potential winner will be notified by Instagram direct message and by email, and will be announced on Sponsor's Instagram account. The potential winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification. If the potential winner does not respond in time, is found ineligible, or does not comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor will never ask a winner for payment, a password, or financial information to claim a prize; please report any account impersonating Sponsor.

6. Prize

One (1) prize will be awarded per Entry Period. The prize is one (1) free resin preservation from Sponsor, consisting of up to $300 in resin preservation pieces. Approximate retail value: up to $300.

The prize is subject to the following conditions:

  • The winner is responsible for all costs of shipping or delivering their flowers to Sponsor's studio.
  • Sponsor's standard return shipping policy applies: a $10 return shipping fee applies to orders under $250 in resin preservation pieces, and return shipping is free on orders of $250 or more.
  • If the winner selects pieces totaling more than $300, the winner is responsible for paying the difference.
  • The prize must be redeemed by placing an order with Sponsor within three (3) months of the winner announcement, or it will be forfeited. The order must be placed within that window, even if the flowers are shipped at a later date.
  • The prize has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and is non-transferable. No substitution is permitted except by Sponsor, which may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
  • Any unused portion of the $300 prize value is forfeited and has no cash value.
  • The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.

7. Odds

Odds of winning each monthly drawing depend on the total number of eligible entries for that drawing, including entries carried over from earlier Entry Periods.

8. Use of Entrant Information

By entering, you agree that Sponsor may use the information you provide to administer the Giveaway and to send you marketing emails from Everlasting Bloom Co., including preservation tips and offers timed to your wedding or event date. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Information is handled according to Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize, the winner agrees that Sponsor may use the winner's first name, Instagram handle, city and state, and photos of the winner's preservation pieces for promotional purposes, including announcing the winner on Instagram, without additional compensation.

10. General Conditions

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules, and to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control affects its administration. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any failure of Instagram, email, or website services.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, by entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any and all liability for injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of a prize.

12. Governing Law

The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

13. Winners List

Winners are announced on Sponsor's Instagram account. To request the name of a winner for a particular Entry Period, email info@everlastingbloomco.com within thirty (30) days after the end of that Entry Period.
